the fine lines between love&art

Hey guys! So sorry I haven’t been on in sooo long! I’ve been moving all over the country and all those good things. Anyway, just to update you, I’m currently living in the Mission district of San Francisco. I’m doing an internship out here that until about Christmastime. I’m absolutely loving it, and I LOVE living in the Mission. There are so many things to do.. all sorts of different food and people and BARS. <3 Here is a pic of me at our favorite go to spot on Valencia, called the Phoenix. We went to the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival out here a few weeks ago and made some new friends, one of them being Sam, whose PERFECT grandpa sweater is featured in this photo. Can’t get enough of the grandpa sweaters.

I’ve always been way obsessed with tattoos, but lately especially. I’ve been on We Heart It and Tumblr like crazy finding awesome tats. They can just be so beautiful when you do them right and use them as a form of creative expression. I’ll get a big one one day, but I’m not ready yet. For now I’m just sticking to the small ones… haha. <3

My roommate and I visited Haight Street this last weekend and explored around. I don’t know how/why I lived here without ever experiencing it before. It felt like home, with all the colors and the vibe.. and the shopping!! Got some awesome new glasses, and some vintage shirts… and some other clothes too haha.

Our “tent”. We were literally the only people who did car camping and didn’t actually bring a tent. I mean.. there’s only two of us and we both flew in.. so why not just sleep in the car?!? haha

Also.. I stopped at American Apparel today after work to browse around for things to wear at Coachella (plus the weather is great in San Francisco today and I wanted to walk around in it.) I bought my knee high tube socks and found a pair of NEON yellow high-waisted shorts that fit like a dream. I tried on about the whole store, though haha.

I brought them home and realized they go with my new H&M shirt that I snagged for $9.95.

Also, apparently I’m going through a bit of a neon phase. 

Just got great hot pink Vans over the weekend. I’m in loooovveeeeeeee.

My mom visited me in San Francisco this weekend so we could spend Easter together. We had so much fun just eating delicious meals and seeing the sights.
